🌱 The Role

We’re looking for a Market Research Executive to join our growing team and support the smooth delivery of our diverse research portfolio. You’ll work across both qualitative and quantitative projects, gaining experience in survey scripting, fieldwork management, analysis, and client reporting.

You’ll be supported by an experienced line manager and a close-knit, down-to-earth team who genuinely love what they do (and the odd slice of cake in the office never hurts).


What you’ll be doing:

  • ✨ Scripting and testing surveys (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.)

  • ✨ Managing fieldwork and engaging our research panels

  • ✨ Analysing data (Excel, SPSS) and drafting reports

  • ✨ Supporting qualitative research — interviews, focus groups, taste tests, ethnography

  • ✨ Contributing to client presentations, proposals, and thought leadership


What we’re looking for:

  • ✔ 1–2 years’ experience in market research (agency or client-side)

  • ✔ Familiarity with survey platforms and data analysis tools

  • ✔ Great organisational skills and attention to detail

  • ✔ Curiosity about food, farming, and sustainability

  • 🗓 Hybrid working (around 60% office-based in Elton, reducing to ~50%)
